So, a few guys have asked if they can grow full facial hair and shave it down to a mustache on the last day for judging. If we do this, it will require two brackets: 1) Men and 2) Boys. You choose.

I would like to know what constitutes the "best" mustachi. I need a clear set of rules and judging criteria. Is it length, density, shape, creative use of hair, flair...?
